Come join Amar as she explores the elements of being a complete dancer. Learn to use your entire body from your head to your toes to create powerful and dynamic movements. We’ll practice breath work to make each move come alive and the art of flavoring adding spice to those moves. We’ll break down bellydance techniques using conditioning and strength training drills. We’ll put it all together to some challenging yet, super fun combos.
